NASA's Project to Build a New Railway System on the Moon
Washington:
According to media reports, the American space agency NASA has initiated funding for the project to build an advanced 'railway' on the moon and to transfer humans and cargo to Mars.
NASA's Innovative Projects:
According to media reports from Washington, at NASA headquarters, agency representatives and NASA Innovative Advanced Concepts (NIAC) program executive Jan Nelson said NASA will work on projects that are reminiscent of science fiction.
He revealed that although there is no guarantee that they will be implemented soon, one day they may become a reality.
These projects include a new railway system on the moon, a fluid-based camera, and a transit system to take humans and cargo to Mars. These are among the projects for which NASA's NIAC program is securing funds for ongoing research.
The representative also stated that there are a total of six projects, each of which has passed the initial phase of NIAC. In the second phase, these projects will raise $600,000 over the next two years for further research.
Jan Nelson said that our NIAC always introduces something somewhat surprising and inspiring, and these projects certainly compel NASA to think about future possibilities.
