Beware! The Habit Of Eating Late At Night Can Lead To Dangerous Diseases. Researchers say that the habit of eating late at night increases the risk of suffering from a dangerous disease like stroke.


In a new study, researchers examined more than 100,000 people. All participants in the study completed 15 food diaries in which they recorded details about the times they ate meals on weekdays and days off. 


A third of the total number of people in the study consisted of those who ate before 8 pm, while the same proportion consisted of those who ate after 9 pm, lasting for 7 years. During this study, about 2,000 cases of cardiovascular disease, including heart attack and stroke, were revealed.


People who ate dinner at the latest were 28% more likely to have a stroke or 'mini-stroke' than those who ate before 8pm.


According to researchers, humans have evolved to eat early in the day, studies have shown that digesting food later in the day increases blood sugar levels and blood pressure.


The senior author of the study said that many people were told not to eat dinner late, and this research suggests that there was some logic to that advice.


He said that nowadays people feel that they don't have time, that's why many of us eat late at night but those who eat late thinking they are busy Doing so can increase their health risks.
