Users Can Now Manage Two WhatsApp Accounts on a Single Application

New Feature Allows Simultaneous Use of Multiple Numbers on One App

WhatsApp, the world's largest instant messaging application, has introduced a feature that allows users to run two different accounts on a single application.

The feature, initiated by WhatsApp in August 2023, was under trial to explore the possibility of running multiple accounts on one app.

However, the company has now introduced the feature to operate only two different accounts on one application.

This means that any user can now run their WhatsApp numbers on a single application without needing another mobile or a secondary WhatsApp application.

To run two WhatsApp accounts on one app, the user needs to go to the settings of the central account for the first time and add a new account by clicking on accounts.

The new feature has been immediately introduced only on the mobile version of WhatsApp. It has yet to be introduced in WhatsApp Business, and users cannot immediately view both accounts in one application on a desktop as well.
