Smart Bracelet Developed to Detect Various Physical Conditions Including Fever.
Numerous new devices have been introduced to detect fever, but recently scientists have developed a smart bracelet that is better than other devices in performing actions including monitoring body temperature.
According to media reports, researchers at Washington University have introduced thermal sensing, which is the first of its kind smart bracelet capable of continuously monitoring human body temperature.
In a recent study involving six participants, it was demonstrated that a smart bracelet is more effective in sensing skin temperature compared to a smartwatch.
Furthermore, this smart bracelet can also monitor stress, eating habits, exercise, and menstrual symptoms. Its size is similar to regular bracelets and it weighs as much as a small paper clip.
When it comes to battery life, it is also remarkable as it can remain operational for up to 28 days. It is equipped with two sensors for temperature measurement, one is attached using a magnetic clip to the ear, while the other hangs just about an inch below the ear to estimate the room temperature.
The best thing is that you can give this smart bracelet a beautiful design of your choice without affecting its functionality.
