According to a research report published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, it has been found that consuming multivitamins can potentially reduce a person's age by up to 2 years and enhance memory.


The study, conducted on 573 individuals aged over 60, indicated that those who consumed multivitamins daily had memory capacities almost equivalent to individuals around 5 years younger and an age equivalent to those 2 years younger.

The benefits of multivitamin intake, as per the study results, extend beyond just memory enhancement.


It's important to note that while this research was conducted on individuals aged over 60, multivitamins may also be beneficial for younger individuals. While this assertion cannot be made with absolute certainty, taking multivitamins generally poses minimal health risks, thus individuals of any age can consult a doctor and consider their usage.


Furthermore, it's worth mentioning that 98% of the participants in this study were of Caucasian ethnicity, so the results may not be directly applicable to individuals of other ethnic backgrounds.
