Kiwi Replaces Apple as the New Energy Booster, Research Suggests

Kiwi Replaces Apple

Kiwi Supplants Apple in Energy Boosting, Old Metaphor Replaced

A metaphor of eating an apple a day to keep the doctor away seems outdated now as a new fruit takes its place.

According to a report by international media, a new study suggests that consuming kiwi fruit daily can lead to improvements in declining health.

Research indicates that consuming kiwi fruit, which contains a higher amount of vitamin C, can lead to a significant improvement in one's deteriorating health within four days.

Kiwi: The Superior Source of Energy

Vitamin C is considered the best means of providing energy to the human body. However, researchers now believe that consuming kiwi fruit is even more beneficial than taking vitamin C supplements.

Eating Three Times a Day: Beneficial or Harmful for Health?

According to a report by foreign media, a team from the University of Otago in New Zealand conducted research on 155 young individuals with low levels of vitamin C in their bodies.

These individuals were instructed to take vitamin C supplements or consume two kiwi fruits daily. They were then surveyed about changes in their mood, sleep quality, and physical activities.

Published in the British Journal of Nutrition, the study suggests that individuals consuming kiwi fruit experienced improvements in mood within four days, while those taking vitamin C supplements took 14 to 16 days to show similar enhancements.
