Meta's sub-messaging app WhatsApp is going to introduce its own sticker creation, editing, and sharing features for its iOS users.
As per WhatsApp, clients can now quickly transform a photograph into a sticker to enliven their talks or send an image every so often.
The sticker highlight was first presented by WhatsApp in 2018. Initially, the company introduced its own sticker pack, later allowing third-party sticker pack uploading.
However, until now, users had to rely on third-party apps to create their own stickers, and now the messaging platform is going to provide this capability directly in the app, eliminating the dependency on these apps.
In a blog entry, WhatsApp explained that clients can now make stickers inside the application as opposed to getting them from the exhibition and sharing them and that this upgrade will help the security of the application's start-to-finish encryption.
According to WhatsApp, this feature is currently being rolled out for iOS users. However, there is no definitive word on whether this feature will be introduced on Android.
