Since October 2020, Jack Ma has been pursuing agricultural education at various educational institutions worldwide. He has received education in agro-tech fields in Spain, the Netherlands, Japan, and Thailand.

In November 2023, he founded a company named "Hangzhou Ma's Kitchen Food," which is engaged in the processing of agricultural products and retail, as well as selling pre-packaged foods.

Jack Ma has never explicitly stated why he decided to embark on a new career in the field of farming. However, during a video address in August 2023, he expressed his thoughts on the matter.

On this occasion, he said, "I realized that success in the agricultural sector does not necessarily require more resources, but individuals with unique thinking and imagination can be successful in it.
