Experts have advised aspiring job seekers to take care of a few important things during the 'job interview'.
Here's a look at some of the mistakes a candidate makes during 'job interviews' that can leave the interviewer frustrated.
1. While interviewing, the job candidate should not say, 'I can do everything' but should tell about his specific ability and how he can benefit the company in the best and most exciting way.
2. Never ask the interviewer the question, 'What does your company do?' This way, it will seem that the candidate is not interested in knowing any details about the company before coming for the interview.
3. The candidate should never say in the job interview that 'I have no weakness' because it is impossible for any human being to be perfect, so during the job interview, try to improve by recognizing any weakness in yourself. The commitment should be expressed.
4: Never express strong negative feelings about your previous 'boss' and 'job' during the interview, as doing so is considered a sign of a lack of ability to maintain professional relationships and handle conflict. Thus, the chances of success in the job interview are reduced.
5: During the interview, feigning ignorance without showing a willingness to learn anything can be harmful, as companies are looking for employees who can solve any problem when needed. Able to solve independently.
6: The candidate should not say 'You can read about it in my CV' in response to any question asked in the interview, as this will make the interviewer feel that the candidate knows more about himself. I am not interested in sharing any details.
7: During the interview, the candidate should not even ask the question, 'When will I start getting paid?' This question will show that the candidate wants to do the job only to earn money, whereas companies want candidates who care about their mission and vision.
